Emily Cutright recently joined Pennsylvania Institute of Health and Technology as a High School Admissions Representative. When asked why she decided to work at PIHT she replied, “From the moment I walked into the building, I knew that I was in the presence of great work ethics, caring personalities, and grave intelligence. All of these qualities make a great work environment!” She describes her favorite part of working at the school as being the sense of family that exists between the staff and faculty. “It is great feeling when you have a strong support system in the work place,” Emily explains.
Outside of PIHT, Emily works at a small children’s academy in California, PA called the Mon Valley Performing Arts Academy where she teaches acting to children from 4 to 5 years of age. She is also the Administrative Assistant there.
Because Emily is getting married in June 2015 to her fiancé, Carl Smith, she spends her spare time enjoying wedding planning. Emily is an animal lover and has two beagles, one cat, and two turtles. In their free time, Emily and her fiancé enjoy seeing Broadway shows, spending time with their families, and watching “Once Upon a Time.”
