Kerri Bryner became interested in Pennsylvania Institute of Health and Technology after talking with a friend who previously graduated from the Practical Nursing program offered at the campus. Her friend strongly encouraged her to apply because of the friendly atmosphere and great instructors that she experienced while attending PIHT. Kerri was attracted to the convenience of PIHT being so close to home in case her family needed her.
Kerri decided to enroll in the Medical Assisting program because she believed a solid healthcare background would open doors for her. Thus far, her favorite part of attending PIHT is meeting everyone.
Kerri explains, “I don’t have just one supporter. I have several, including my father, my children, my brother and his wife, and of course my best friend.” She would like to thank each of them for helping her believe in herself and encouraging her to achieve her goals. Also, she extends heartfelt gratitude to her instructors who refused to let her give up.
